Aidan Gillen is Petyr Baelish • Petyr Baelish was born in the House of Bealish of the Finger, a sub house of the House Arryn and was fostered as a ward at Riverrun in the House of Tully. There he got his nickname Littlefinger that was given to him by Edmure Tully. Petyr Baelish got promoted Master of Coin when Lysa Arryn (born Tully) suggested him to her husband Jon Arryn, who was the Hand of King Baratheon until his death. Petyr seems to switch politically sides always to the one bringing him an advantage. When Eddard Stark comes to King's Landing as the new Hand for the king, Petyr feigns friendship and offers to help in the name of his love for Catelyn Stark (born Tully).
