Earth-Tiger - The Year Sign
God: Indirect Power
Carefully pursue your true desires. The joy you carry in your heart guides you like a wise teacher to your goal.
Geng (Yang Metal): very weak Day Master
Day pillar: Metal-Dragon
God: Slanted Seal
Metal In Wax
The Yang-Metal day master is mounted on the Dragon. Hal Williams' universal energy is Nurturing.
Hal Williams often feels as if two souls resided inside him. The one wants nothing else than to lead a happy and secure life, an intact family and a reliable income. The other is always on the quest for new adventures and while at it, spends much money. Yet, Hal Williams possesses much empathy, good instincts and is a pronounced family person who spreads much warmth and tenderness which he also needs. Hal Williams is a tad more cautious and reserved when it comes to tackling new things. In seemingly desperate situations, his great instinct helps to get the best out of it most of the time.
Hal Williams' confident demeanour oozes, even more, strength and assertiveness than it is already common with Tigers. The risk-taking attitude is joined by tremendous willpower which enables Hal Williams to do all of his undertakings with a good outcome. Problematic is, however, that Hal Williams will never delegate the leadership to someone else with his confident appearance claiming the place of leader for himself. If he learns to subdue his domineering nature somewhat and sometimes tries to use compliance, nothing will be in his way of happiness.
Hal Williams possesses a high opinion of himself and makes decisions on his own without asking others. He wants to be in attendance everywhere. Often he has to adapt because he is less pressure resistant than he wants to be. Hal Williams needs the support and energy from the family and his friends. He sounds well, is a sweet-talker and sometimes promises too much.
Sometimes Hal Williams tends to be melancholic. He possesses a high drive and wants to put projects into reality. However, he should not undertake anything exceeding his circumstances. If problems arise, Hal Williams listens to his inner voice but his inner feelings he does not show. Hal Williams is just and loves the truth and sometimes is sad without reason. Full of ambition, he and wants to be successful and enjoys the fruits of his success.
Extrovert, he is quickly tempted by speculation or gambling. Hal Williams' life is either desire or tragedy whereas he savours both. He loves to act and likes the society and a big audience. He is appreciated because of his courage, charm, his generosity and intelligence. However, Hal Williams is not a splendid listener. With a bit more flexibility and tolerance he could become wealthy.
Hal Williams is very freedom-loving but helps anyone asking him provided he does not get personally constrained. As long as it promises fun, he is game for any adventure, rejoices at new surroundings as well as a new relationship and the only secure what you can say about him is, nothing is sacred.
Forget all about the Chinese Year sign you are born in. It doesn't say much about you. Chinese astrology is much more complex!
The following table lists the heavenly stems and earth branches of Hal Williams' BAZI chart at his birth. The day master (DM), first row of the day pillar, is the self-element. It represents the me, the key from which all stems and branches receive their strength. That makes Hal Williams a Yang Metal winter person. Metal is weak in winter.
However, the day master's strength can differ from the element's season strength. The reason is the interactions of the stems and earth branches with each other. Depending on the season and type of element interaction the elements can further, control or harm each other. They can also clash.
To make those element interactions graspable, there are 10 gods; 7 Killings (7K), Direct Officer (DO), Indirect Wealth (IW), Direct Wealth (DW), Indirect Resource (IR), Direct Resource (DR), Friend (F), Rob Wealth (RW), Eating God (EG) and Hurting Officer (HO).
I'm working on a Chinese Metaphysics blog which is not online yet. In the future all of the above will be explained into depth, so you will be able to understand the meanings. For now, you find the gods for Hal Williams listed in the respective table cells.
